Aadhaar & ID Card Print (Card Size)

Make a neat, wallet-size print of your Aadhaar, PAN, voter card or any ID. Add photos or the e-Aadhaar PDF, crop each side, and get an A4 PDF with the card at its real size, ready to cut and laminate.

🔒 Files never leave your device

In the print window choose A4 and scale 100% or "Actual size". Each card prints at 85.6 × 54 mm, the size of a real ATM card.

How to use

  1. Add the front side: a clear photo of the card, or your e-Aadhaar PDF.
  2. Add the back side if you want both sides. For e-Aadhaar the same PDF is used for both.
  3. Drag and zoom each side so the card fills the box exactly.
  4. Tap Make PDF, download it and print at 100% (Actual size) on A4.

Printing from e-Aadhaar PDF

The e-Aadhaar PDF downloaded from the UIDAI website has a password: the first four letters of your name in capital letters followed by your year of birth, for example SURE1990. The front and back appear at the bottom of the page. After opening, drag the front box to the left card and the back box to the right card.

Tips for a good print

  • Print at 100% or "Actual size". "Fit to page" makes the card smaller.
  • Use thick paper or photo paper, cut along the lines, and laminate.
  • For sharing, a masked Aadhaar (only the last 4 digits shown) is safer. You can download it from the UIDAI website.

A printed copy is accepted as proof in most places, but some offices want the original or the PVC card ordered from UIDAI. Need to send the card as a PDF instead? Use Images to PDF.
