Merge PDF Files

Forms often allow only one upload for all your certificates. Join your PDFs and photos into a single PDF in the order you want. Everything happens on your phone or computer.

🔒 Files never leave your device

Add two or more files. Use ↑ and ↓ to set the order. Photos become A4 pages.

    How to use

    1. Choose two or more PDFs or photos. You can add more files any time.
    2. Use ↑ and ↓ to put them in the right order, and ✕ to remove one.
    3. Tap Merge into one PDF.
    4. Download the PDF. If it is too big for the portal, compress it next.

    Common uses

    • One PDF of all marksheets and certificates for a job or admission form.
    • Joining the front and back scans of a document.
    • Adding a photo of a signed page to an existing PDF.

    Quality and size

PDF pages are copied as they are, so text stays sharp. Photos are placed on A4 pages. If the final file is over the size limit, use the PDF Compressor. To take out only some pages, use the PDF Splitter.

    Frequently asked questions

    Are my files uploaded?

No. The files are joined inside your browser and never leave your device.

Can I merge photos with PDFs?

Yes. Each photo becomes one A4 page in the final PDF, in the position you choose.

Is there a limit on files?

No fixed limit. Very large files may be slow on older phones.

Why does a file show a password error?

Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged. Open the file with its password, save a copy without the password, and add that copy.
