How to use
- Choose your photo and your signature. Phone camera pictures are fine.
- Pick the layout: signature below the photo, or beside it.
- Type the width, height and KB limits from your notification.
- Tap Resize & compress and download the JPG.
When do you need this?
Many state recruitment boards, university admission forms and some police and teacher recruitment forms ask for "photo with signature" in one image instead of two separate uploads. Read your notification to see which layout and size they want.
Tips for a clean result
- Use a recent passport-style photo with a plain light background. If you need to crop it first, use the Exam Photo Resizer.
- Sign with a black pen on plain white paper and take the picture in daylight. Keep Clean background ticked to make the paper white.
- The photo is cropped to fill its part of the image from the centre. The signature is never cropped.
- Need the signature alone? Use the Signature Resizer.
Frequently asked questions
What size should the joined image be?
It depends on the form. A common size is about 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm (350 × 450 px) with the signature in the bottom quarter. Always use the size from your notification.
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. The images are joined in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server.
The signature looks too small. What should I do?
Move the "Space for signature" slider to the right, or crop your signature picture closer before choosing it.
Can I get the result between a minimum and maximum KB?
Yes. Type both limits and the tool picks the best quality that fits.
