How to get a clean signature
- Use a black gel or ball pen. Many forms reject blue ink or pencil.
- Sign in running hand, not in CAPITAL letters. Banks and IBPS reject block letter signatures.
- Take the photo in daylight, straight from above, so there is no shadow of your phone.
- Raise the cleaning strength if grey patches remain; lower it if thin strokes disappear.
Frequently asked questions
How do I resize a signature to 10–20 KB?
Pick the IBPS or SSC preset, crop the signature and tap Resize & compress. The file will be between 10 and 20 KB.
Why is my signature file bigger than the minimum but the portal still rejects it?
Check the width and height too. Some portals need an exact pixel size like 140 × 60. Use a preset or type the size from your notification.
Can I resize a thumb impression with this tool?
